.: Info

I am a graduate student in the Structural Engineering and Materials  department at Virginia Tech. I received my BE from the University of Madras, India in Civil Engineering in July 2003.

My love for structural engineering coupled with a desire to do something innovative in the field of Earthquake Engineering brought me here. I am right now working with professor Finley Charney. We are investigating the use of rubber tires as hyperelastic devices for seismic mitigation of small structures.

These are my work pages and contain details only regarding my research, coursework and an obligatory résumé.
